Delivery information
Tile Adhesive Direct Delivery and cost information
All orders will be free of charge to site or premises within the UK Mainland for orders over £320 and delivered within 48 hours often within 24 hours direct to you.
All orders under this value will incur a £34.99 carriage fee.
Tile adhesive Direct charge this standard fee to try and make our delivery system easy and straight foward to order from us rather than charging having complicated costs per region or a much more expensive price for the product like many of our competitors. Due to the heavy weight of product this cost is generally very competitive.
Delivery of your purchased goods will be on a 48 hour turn around with orders placed by 12pm on the day of purchase i.e. an order placed on Monday before 12pm will be delivery latest on Wednesday however we will endeavour to get the delivery to you as quickly as possible meaning that you could possibly have the delivery on the Tuesday. Where Tuesday would not be suitable for delivery we will need to be notified at the time of ordering. Friday orders will be delivered by the following Tuesday. There may be variations to this on public holiday however the customer will be notified of this. All orders however are subject to stock and availability and you will be charged dependent on weight of your order. Please see weight descriptions for prices. When you have received your order you will need to check it on the day of delivery as no discrepancies will be reconciled after the day they were delivered.

When the goods are delivered they must be checked for damages if there are any damaged goods the driver must be notified immediately. Tile adhesive Direct reserves the right to replace or refund as it sees fit. Tile Adhesive Direct must be emailed within 24 hours of delivery in regards to damages and incorrect orders no refunds or replacements will be given until the damaged or incorrect items are reported and goods collected.
Terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Tile Adhesive Direct is an e commerce website and all orders will be processed through the site we accept all debit/credit cards or pppay.com – paypal payments. Which can use via the check out.
Please note: Please call for prices for delivery to scottish highlands and Scottish Isles as these are not covered in the Free delievry Area.
