Delivery

 

Weight descriptions – Delivery prices

All orders over £325 ex vat will be free of charge to site or premises within the UK.

All orders under this value will incur a £40 ex vat carriage fee.

 

Delivery of your purchased goods will be on a 72 hour turn around with orders placed by 4pm on the day of purchase i.e. an order placed on Monday before 4pm will be delivery latest on Wednesday however we will endeavour to get the delivery to you as quickly as possible meaning that you could possibly have the delivery on the Tuesday. Where Tuesday would not be suitable for delivery we will need to be notified at the time of ordering. Friday orders will be delivered by the following Tuesday. There may be variations to this on public holiday however the customer will be notified of this. All orders however are subject to stock and availability and you will be charged dependent on weight of your order. Please see weight descriptions for prices. When you have received your order you will need to check it on the day of delivery as no discrepancies will be reconciled after the day they were delivered.

When the goods are delivered they must be checked for damages if there are any damaged goods the driver must be notified immediately. Tile adhesive man reserves the right to replace or refund as it sees fit. Tile Adhesive Direct must be emailed within 24 hours of delivery in regards to damages and incorrect orders no refunds or replacements will be given until the damaged or incorrect items are reported and goods collected.


Terms do not affect your statutory rights.
